The 10-80-10 Rule: Overcoming the fear of handing things off.
The 10-80-10 rule is a simple technique you can use when you still want to be involved with the end result, but you don't need to do all the work on your own. You do the initial 10%, then put someone else in charge of executing the middle 80%, then you sail back in and finalize the last 10%. Think of designing a cake versus decorating it. Then, after the majority of the work is done, you come in to add a few special touches. ~ Dan Martell
