My billing cycle is structured into two distinct periods each month. I meticulously track the hours spent on your projects from the 1st to the 15th, and then from the 16th to the end of the month. Invoices are promptly issued following each period, with payments due by the 20th for the first half of the month, and by the 5th for the second half.
To ensure full transparency, each time entry is accompanied by detailed notes outlining the accomplishments and progress made. Additionally, I provide regular reports to keep you well-informed, ensuring there are no surprises in your billing.

I began my administrative journey as a receptionist, handling schedules and data entry. Progressing to head office receptionist at a law firm, I composed client letters, researched court dates, and managed incident details. Then, as an administrative assistant, I delved into basic bookkeeping, order processing and shipping paperwork.
